What we want to hear about

Wrong answers or outdated questions

If you spot a question with an incorrect answer, an outdated syllabus reference, or a question that is no longer in the exam scope, tell us. Include the exam, the question text or ID, and what you believe is correct. Reader corrections are our most valuable signal that something needs updating.

New exams or subjects to cover

We currently cover JAMB UTME, WAEC, IELTS, JEE Main, SAT, ENEM, NECO, and several others. If your exam isn't covered yet, tell us. Include the exam name, the country, the subjects you need, and any link to the official syllabus. Reader requests heavily influence our expansion roadmap.

Study tips that worked for you

If you used ExamReady to prepare and have specific advice that worked, share it. We collect reader-tested strategies and feature the best ones in our guides (with credit if you want it). What worked for you might help thousands of other students.

Feature requests

If there's a tool, comparison, or feature that would help you make better decisions, share it. Many of our most useful features came from reader suggestions. We can't build everything, but we read every request and the most-asked-for ideas tend to make it into the roadmap.

Press and partnership inquiries

For media questions, partnership proposals, or research collaboration, email us at the same address with "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line. We respond to legitimate press inquiries within 1-3 business days.

What we cannot help with

ExamReady is an independent reference and tool platform. We cannot:

Provide answers to live exam questions or assist with academic dishonesty
Predict exam scores or guarantee results
Resolve disputes with examination boards (results, registration, certificates)
Provide individualized professional advice that requires licensing in your jurisdiction

Response expectations

We are a small team working part-time on ExamReady. Response times:

Data accuracy reports: typically reviewed within 48 hours, integrated within 7 days
Feature requests: acknowledged within a week, integrated based on priority and complexity
Press inquiries: 1-3 business days
General feedback: read by the team but may not receive an individual response

We genuinely appreciate every message. Even when we can't respond individually, your feedback shapes the product.
